Transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) have recently received a lot of attention because they exhibit thickness- and composition-dependent properties. In this work, we immobilized TMD nanosheets into hydrogel microparticles and then investigated their optical properties in the gel matrix. Furthermore, we analyzed the concentration-dependent antioxidation activity and recyclability by using radical scavenging assay. Finally, we propose that the TMD nanosheets play an essential role in improving activity of living cells irrespective of the presence of oxidative stress, which are truly useful for exploring new biomolecular applications. |
