제목 Reactive oxygen species-sensitive nanophotosensitizer based on methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-b-hyaluronic acid copolymer for theranostic application of tumor
초록 In this study, we synthesized methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-b-hyaluronic acid (MePEG-HA) copolymer and conjugated chlorin e6 (Ce6) as a photosensitizer via diselenide linkages. Ce6-conjugated MePEH-HA copolymer (Abbreviated as HAbPEG-Ce6) formed nanoparticles having core-shell structure in the aqueous environment. HAbPEG-Ce6 nanophotosensitizer showed small particle sizes less than 100 nm and spherical shape in the morphological observation using TEM. HAbPEG-Ce6 nanophotosensitizer showed ROS-sensitive liberation of Ce6, i.e. Ce6 release was accelerated when hydrogen peroxide was added in the release media and revealed increased fluorescence activity.  We suggest HAbPEG-Ce6 nanophotosensitizer as a promising candidate for tumor drug delivery of photosensitizer.
