제목 Characterization and synthesis of hollow-type mesoporous TiO2 as a light-scattering material in dye-sensitized solar cell
초록 Hollow TiO2 is expected to exhibit a good light-scattering effect due to its morphology. Pristine light scattering materials such as large-sized particles have light diffraction and scattering. Hollow shell could show light diffraction, scattering, and reflection. In this study, additional effects through the introduction of mesoporosity on hollow TiO2 shell were investigated. Mesoporosity was expected to give additional dye adsorption and generate more electrons for small performance enhancement. Therefore, we synthesized various hollow type mesoporous TiO2 by using hard template method. Synthesized materials were characterized with X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, N2-soprtion analysis, and solar simulation with solar simulator and incident photon to charge carrier efficiency (IPCE.)
