Preparation of AN-grafted Polypropylene Fibers by a Electron Beam Radiation-Induced Grafting Technique |
| 초록 |
Electron beam radiation induced grafting of acrylonitrile (AN) onto polypropylene (PP) fibers was investigated by using a pre-irradiation method. The effects of grafting conditions such as solvents, additives, monomer concentration, radiation dose and temperature on the degree of grafting were studied. The nature of reaction medium and additive had a considerable influence on the degree of grafting. The addition 0.01mol/l sulfuric acid to the reaction mixture led to acceleration of the degree of grafting and the rate of grafting. |
