제목 Synthesis of polyimide and electromagnetic wave sheld film manufacture from polyimide which adds the pedot
초록 Polyimide polymerization method is composition which organized two steps. First is that gains poly amic acid through reaction of ring-open polymerization and addition polymerization. Second is that manufactures “imide” though reaction of thermal imidization We synthesized polyimide precursor based on pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA) and 4,4-oxydianiline(ODA). Solvent is DMAc. To fabricate film, the first step is casting paa and then two step thermal imidization was applied. The thermal imidization of heating 80℃ for 20 min, 150℃ for 1hr, 210℃ for 1hr, to obtain dark greenish gold film. It is mostly a flexible. The film was investigated by GPC and IR for polymerization and by TGA for thermeral stability. The film was fabricated by mixing PAA and sandust to manufacture film for the cover of electromagnetic waves. It was measured using the film
