제목 Synthesis of Silica/Polyaniline Core/Shell with High Crystallinity and Conductivity via Self-Stabilized Dispersion Polymerization
초록 The highly conductive silica/polyaniline (PANi) core/shell nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized with various diameters (from 18 nm to 130 nm), using self-stabilized dispersion polymerization. The polymerization was proceeded in aqueous/organic liquid system at − 30 °C. In this system, the organic phase plays a key role in the para-direction oriented polymerization of the PANi on the surface of silica NPs. Due to its para-direction polymerized structure, the synthesized silica/PANi core/shell NPs presented the enhanced electrical conductivity (25.6 S/cm) compared with the NPs (1.4 S/cm) prepared by homogeneous dispersion polymerization method. In addition the synthesized NPs showed high crystallinity. Their increased para-coupling in its polymeric backbone was elucidated by XRD, and NMR spectroscopy.
