Polypyrrole patterning for Printed Electronics via Vapor Deposition Polymerization Mediated Inkjet Printing |
초록 |
Polypyrrole (PPy) has been successfully patterned on flexible substrate using vapor deposition polymerization-mediated inkjet printing (VDP-IJP) method. The patterned PPy were characterized by FT-IR, UV-visible spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. Based on VDP-IJP, the bottom-gate and top-contact pentacene organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) having the PPy source and drain electrodes was succesfully built showing excellent performace of field effect transistor. |
