제목 Electrical Properties of Transparent Double-Walled Carbon Nanotube Network Films prepared by Nafion/water-propanol Dispersion Agent
초록 We report successive results to investigate possibilities for double-walled carbon nanotube (DWNT)-gold nanoparticle hybrid films as transparent conducting film applications. Treatment of DWNT films with gold nanoparticles resulted in significant drcrease of the electrical resistance, while maintaining the transmittance of the initial value as our previous results of SWNT films. The origin of decrease of the electrical resistance of gold nanoparticle-coated and nitric acid treated DWNT films is presumably due to a doping effect.
