Performance enhancement by solvent vapor annealing in solution processed N-type organic field effect transistors |
초록 |
Solution processable organic elelctronics devices showed a bit lower performance than evaporated devices in a high vacuum system. Typical solution processable conjugated polymers and small molecules need a long and high temperature annealing process to improve polycrystallinity but this process is not suitable for a high speed roll-to-roll process which must be incorporated with solution process for further reduction of manufacturing cost. Here we propose solvent vapor annealing process to improve performance of n-type OFETs. After solvent vapor annealing, the field effect mobilities dramatically increased. To investigate origin of increased device performance, devices were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). |
