A Low Curing Temperature Silver Ink for High Conductive Electrode |
초록 |
An conductive silver ink which can be applied to printing and roll to roll process was successfully fabricated it includes metallo-organic decomposition that is able to make conductive metal electrodes at low temperature of 150 ℃. Conductive patterns on a flexible PET film using this silver ink were successfully fabricated by screen printing and sintering at 150 ℃. Sintering on these printed silver particles(silver carboxylate) at a low temperature led to the formation of connections between silver particles. The low resistivity of 6.6 um-cm was measured by four-point probe method. As the result of this study, we could develop conductive silver inks that can be applied to polymer substrate and electrode material requiring high conductivity. |
