제목 A Low Curing Temperature Silver Ink for High Conductive Electrode
초록 An conductive silver ink which can be applied to printing and roll to roll process was successfully fabricated it includes metallo-organic decomposition that is able to make conductive metal electrodes at low temperature of 150 ℃. Conductive patterns on a flexible PET film using this silver ink were successfully fabricated by screen printing and sintering at 150 ℃. Sintering on these printed silver particles(silver carboxylate) at a low temperature led to the formation of connections between silver particles. The low resistivity of 6.6 um-cm was measured by four-point probe method. As the result of this study, we could develop conductive silver inks that can be applied to polymer substrate and electrode material requiring high conductivity.
