제목 | Facile Synthesis of Hierarchical Nanoporous Carbon derived from Lignin for High Performance Supercapacitor |
초록 | Since a few decades ago, biomass conversion technologies are investigated intensively on carbon material fields due to their characteristics such as abundance, environmental-friendly and ease of processing. In this study, we focused on the lignin, which is a main composition of lignocellulosic biomass is the second abundant aromatic biopolymer.Our strategy is to convert carbon materials from raw lignin to hierarchically nanoporous carbon material using hydrothermal carbonization and chemical activation as an alternative material to commercial activated carbon. The as-obtained nanoporous carbon possessed ultrahigh specific surface area over 2000 m2 g-1 and average pore diameter of nanoporous less than 2 nm. On the basis of their ultrahigh specific surface area and superior electrochemical conductivity, the as-obtained material showed outstanding electrochemical performances. |
