제목 Fluid Dynamics Analysis of Evaporative Fuel Gas and Development of ORVRSS
초록 In theses days, the importance of the protection in environment is raised and many strong environmental restrictions have been introduced. In addition to that, they will become stronger in the future and one of these is the restriction for the outflow of the evaporative fuel gas. For the reduction of outflow for this at a gas station during fueling-up, ORVR(On-Board Refueling Vapor Recovery) system was developed. ORVR system consists of a fuel tank, a canister, valves, connections and so on. The predictions for actions of each part of ORVR system and the specific simulations for these are studied in this paper. Because if we can predict the actions of parts for ORVR system under various situations, a effective design factor in important part of ORVR system can be proposed, ORVRSS (ORVR Simulation System) is developed, which is an unified simulation system for ORVR system. Through ORVRSS, the useful data for the amount of absorbent, the size of canister, and the optimal operation condition can be suggested without concrete experiments. From this, it will help us for saving development-expenses and time.
