제목 Preparation and Evaluation of Antimicrobial Electrospun Polylactic acid(PLA) Nanofibers containing Silver
초록 Poly(lactic acid) (PLA) polymer is such a kind of biocompatible and biodegradable material having potential environmental and biomedical applications. In this study, antimicrobial PLA nanofibers containing silver were prepared by electrospinning system. PLA spinning solution were prepared from 10 wt% PLA dissolved in MC/EtOH(80/20) added AgNO3 (0.1~0.5 wt%). Antimicrobial PLA nanofibers were electrospun at applied voltage of 15 kV, TCD of 10 cm, flow rate of 100 ㎕/min. The prepared PLA nanofibers containing silver was observed by a FE-SEM. Antimicrob! ial activities of PLA nanofibers containing silver were evaluated by disc duffusion test, optical density test and colony counting test against S. aureus and E. coli.
