In this study, the final objective is to produce a superior membrane with a porous structure by using a nucleating agent, and to establish the optimum conditions for the drawing process by adding various quantities of nucleating agents. The temperature conditions were varied from 110～130oC and the time was also varied as 5, 10, 15, 20, 40, 60 mins for on annealing. When the conditions of the annealing were set at 130oC for 20min, we obtained the highest value in crystallinity and tensile strength for the HDPE membrane. |
