제목 Thermal Conductivity of Polydimethylsilicone/Carbon Nanotube Nanocomposites
초록 Polydimethylsilicone, namely silicone rubber, has found various sophisticated applications in automotive, aerospace, coating, medical areas due to its excellent both low and high temperature resistance, unusual flexibility, chemical resistance, and bio-compatibility. Silicone is also an important material in electronic devices such as flat panel display. Recently the use of silicone a heat sink material is growing up where the silicone filled with alumina effectively dissipates heat generated electronic components. Therefore the management of heat is directly related to the lifetime of electronic devices. Herein, we prepared silicone nanocomposites partially and fully filled with carbon nanotube and the thermal conductivity of the materials were examined.
