Nanobiomaterials for wound-healing treatments |
초록 |
Nanofibrous meshes with different morphology was prepared and surface-modified with different growth factors for wound healing treatments. Chitosan-Pluronic gel was photocrosslinked to encapsulate epidermal growth factor for wound healing treatments. Released amount of the surface-immobilized growth factor was minimal while the core-encapsulated growth factor was release out in a burst release manner. Epidermal growth factor encapsulated in the hydrgel showed a sustained release profile for prologned period of time. The immobilized and encapsulated growth factor were shown to exert proliferation effects in vitro. Keratinocytic differentiation was significant when epidermal growth factor was employed. In vivo experiment also confirmed wound healing efficacy of the growth factor immobilized nanobiomaterials. |
