Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) thin films with controlled composition, phase, and uniformity were fabricated by successive electrodeposition of layers of precursor elements followed by sulfo-selenization of stack layer electro-deposited Cu-Sn-Zn precursors. In order to improve quality of the CZTSSe films, we tried to optimize the deposition condition of absorber layers. In particular, I have conducted optimization experiments by changing the Sn-layer deposition time. The CZT precursors were synthesized by different Sn-layer conditions ranging from 12 to 18 minutes. The effects of changing the Sn-layer deposition time on the surface were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, and Raman spectroscopy to investigate the structural, morphological, and compositional properties. As the time of deposition of the Sn-layer to changing, the properties were confirmed to be systematically changed. And we have been discussed in detail below. |
