제목 Modification of hyaluronic acid for the development of skin tissue substitutes.
초록 Use Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) polymers to make HA a microsphere now. PVP is also mostly used as a surfactant and covers the surface smoothly, and is used as HA and composite microspheres by taking advantage of its strong advantages in absorbance. Thus, it was investigated how the affinity with moisture in the two materials and the role of HA affected skin tissues. The PVP-HA microsphere was produced using the properties of interfacial activity when HA was added during mixing of PVP solutions. So the surface morphology, size, PH, skin tissue cells and biocompatibility of the constructed microsphere were evaluated. Our results showed that more HA was added and smaller size caused more drugs to release and stimulate skin cell activity without causing cytotoxic effects.
