Differential expression of cytochrome P450 induced by daidzein in Streptomyces avermitilis |
초록 |
Cytochrome P450s (CYP) often catalyze the detoxification of xenobiotics.Due to their broad substrate specificities and unique reactions such as hydroxylation, they are useful for industrial reactions. Streptomyces avermitilis which has 33 CYP genes is suited for biotransformation of phytochemicals such as daidzein. But it is difficult to find out specific CYPs of target substrates because of the number of CYPs and combinations with their electron partners. In many cases, substrates act as inducers of their target CYP gene expressions. We could observe differentialexpression of CYPs and electron partners by daidzein in S.avermitilis through qRT-PCR. |
