제목 Exploring Green Emission Behavoir of CsPbBr3/Al2O3 Composite Powders Prepared by Wet and Dry Synthesis
초록 The bulk CsPbBr3 has the difficulty of luminescent properties due to its small exciton binding energy (~40 meV). So we pursue confined exciton to manipulating or synthesizing small crystal grain,which are important physical parameters of exciton binding energy. In this work, saturated green fluorescent powders designed with CsPbBr3/Al­2O3​ composites were easily synthesize by wet and dry processes. A wet process was suggested in which CsBr and PbBr2 ionic salts in DMSO were recrystallized on the surfaces of Al2O3 particles by evaporating DMSO. In contrast, in the dry processes, CsBr, PbBr2 and Al2O3 are inserted into the mortar and synthesized using a solid-solid reaction. It was confirmed that the emission wavelength spectrum peak of the powders obtained by wet and dry processes were 524 nm, 510 nm. To characterization the reason why the emission wavelength spectrum is changed by the synthesis, it was performed using Scherrer equation.
