제목 | Prepepration of water-soluble porphyrin/metal complex hybrids for high singlet oxygen quantum yield |
초록 | water-soluble porphyrin/metal complex hybrids have investigated the effect of heavy atom insertion on their intersystem crossing efficiency through spin-orbit perturbations. By incorporating zinc ions in the core of porphyrin as well as periphery positions of the porphyrin in dipicolylamine, we have improved their triplet excited state and their efficiency to generate singlet oxygen. In this study, the results demonstrate that the insertion of zinc metal ions in the water-soluble porphyrin/metal complex hybrids conjugates not only quant enhances the triplet excited state and singlet oxygen yields but also imparts hydrophilicity as TEG(triethylene glycol) of porphyrin, thereby their potential use as sensitizers in photodynamic therapy. |
