제목 | Low temperature Solution processible SnO2 ETL for high efficiency lead halide planar perovskite solar cells |
초록 | Nowadays, TiO2 is most commonly used as an electron transfer layer (ETL). It has good blocking ability and ensure high efficiency. But there are some problems. Its low durability and high sintering temperature(>500’C) are not good for using it. Another ETL research are still in progress. For example SnO2 is a best alternative to TiO2. It has higher electron mobility and wide band gap (~4.0eV) than TiO2. Also has a good band alignment with perovskite. Moreover SnO2 need very low temperature than TiO2. Here, we introduce alcohol solvent exchange for crystallization of SnO2 and mixed water by ratio for hydrolysis, which making the crystallization temperature to be lowered. Also we fixed water ratio and report that 150’C sintering temperature has best crystallinity. |
