제목 Mechanical Interfacial Properties of Clay/PMMA/Epoxy Nanocomposites
초록 In this work, clay/PMMA/epoxy nanocomposites were prepared to investigate the mechanical interfacial properties of the nanocomposites. The dispersion state of clay particle was investigated by wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Mechanical interfacial properties of the nanocomposites were investigated by critical stress intensity factor (KIC) and critical strain energy release rate (GIC) measurements. From the result, mechanical properties of the nanocomposites increased as the clay content because the exfoliated clay particles played an important role to improve the mechanical interfacial properties of the nanocomposites.
