마이크로파 연속반응기를 이용한 MIL-100(Fe) 합성 및 CO/CO2 흡착 분리 응용 |

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), organic-inorganic hybrid crystalline materials with extreme structural diversity, are typically synthesized in closed batch systems which is not favorable for large-scale MOF synthesis. In this study, we tried a scalable MOF synthesis route based on a flow tubular reactor equipped with microwave volumetric heating. The system enabled continuous crystallization of MIL-100(Fe) with a high space time yield at relatively mild conditions as compared to conventional batch systems. The synthesized MIL-100(Fe) was used as a support to prepare Cu(I)-modified MIL-100(Fe) adsorbents. The Cu(I)@MIL-100(Fe) showed preferred CO adsorption over CO2. |
