| 제목 | Preparation of chitosan based scaffold crosslinked by gamma-ray irradiation |
| 초록 | This study aimed to develop a novel method for a fabrication of a chitosan/alginate/gelatin scaffold. A newly developed irradiation method was used for fabricating porous chitosan scaffolds in tissue engineering applications. The scaffolds were crosslinked by a gamma irradiation using a 60Co source at different irradiation doses. The scaffolds were characterized by porosimeter, FTIR, SEM, DSC and TG/DTG. |
