제목 A Fluorescent biosensor for the detection of hemoglobin by using carbon dots
초록 A highly sensitive fluorescence biosensor for the detection of hemoglobin was fabricated by using carbon dots. The carbon dots were synthesized from citric acid and ethylene diamine by hydrothermal carbonization. When carbon dots interact with hemoglobin its fluorescence was quenched with fast respond time. This sensor was able to detect hemoglobin with the linear range of 0-1µM, with high selectivity without the interference of other components present in the serum, including various metal ions, glucose, proteins and urea. Due to its simplicity and effectivity, it exhibit great promise as a practical platform for the detection of hemoglobin in the blood and urine samples.
