Currently, adhesives have been used in many industrial areas including construction industries. Adhesives are increasingly used in electronic assemblies applications, such as interconnects for PBCs. Especially, since acryl based pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs) have transparency, weathering resistance and thermal resistance they are used in a variety of applications of medical and transparent tape.In this study, acryl based PSAs were synthesized from 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(2-HEMA), 2-ethylhexyl acrylate(2-EHA), butyl acrylate(BA), acryl acid(AA), and so on. Acryl based PSAs were synthesized with different acrylic acid, methyl methacrylate contents as well as different temperature conditions. Also, properties of acryl based PSAs were investigated by using FT-IR, Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC) and peel strength. |
