제목 The macropore structure of carbon foam derived from the mixtures of phenolic resin and ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol and triethyelen glycol
초록 Many efforts have been made to develop carbon materials with improved properties such as physical and chemical activation. In this study, the important factor is interconnected interaction of ethylene glycol components with PF resin. The obtained carbon foams showed different porosity, size, and compressive strength tendency depending on types of EGs, contents of each EG, and the moral ratio of formaldehyde to phenol in phenolic mixtures. Also the resultants had around 100 - 200 μm sized pores.
