제목 Introduction of Ternary Blend System and Synthesis of Malononitrile Derivative for Efficiency Enhancement of Solar cell
초록 We reported a novel malononitrile derivatives (2-(2,6-bis((E)-4-tert-butylstyryl)-4H-pyran-4-ylid-ene) malononitrile (t-BuPM) and 2-isocyano-2-(2-((E)-4-methoxystyryl)-4H-chromen-4-ylidene) acetonitrile) (MBZ-PM) that combines good solubility, a low HOMO level and low LUMO level. Blends of MEH-PPV, novel malononitile derivatives and PCBM fabricate the organic solar cell device. The blend of MEH-PPV and electron acceptors showed very weak photovoltaic property. This is presumably due to that the formation of exciplex between MEH-PPV and electron acceptors. However, the Voc was pretty since the difference between the HOMO energy level and the LUMO energy level of electron acceptor. In order to improve the photovoltaic efficiency, we fabricate the device based on the blend of PCBM with MEH-PPV and electron acceptors (t-BuPM and MBZ-PM). In this presentation we will report the photovoltaic properties of ternary blend.
