Preparation of poly(ε-caprolactone) nanospheres at different sizes for medical utilizations |
| 초록 |
Drug delivery refers to approaches, formulations, technologies, and systems for transporting a pharmaceutical compound within human body. In this study, polymeric nanospheres were prepared at different sizes using a biodegradable polymer, poly(ε-caprolactone) for the purpose of a drug delivery carrier. The effects determining the size of nanosphere and evaluated their physical properties. The efficiency of drug delivery from the prepared nanospheres at different sizes was also examined. Our result demonstrated that the size of nanospheres can play an important role in the drug delivery efficiency. |
