제목 Nonisothermal Cristallization Behaviors of High-Density Polyethylene/Tungsten Trioxide Nanocomposits
초록 High-density polyethylene (HDPE)/tungsten trioxide (WO3) nanocomposites were prepared via melt mixing. Thermal properties and nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of HDPE/WO3 nanocomposites were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. And polarized optical microscope (POM) equipped with a hot stage and a CCD camera was used to measure the growth rate of the crystallites. A kinetic equation for the nonisothermal crystallization was employed to analyze the crystallization characteristics of the nanocomposites. The Avramic exponenet,n, can be reasonably well determined from the nonisothermal crystallization exotherm. The POM showed that neat polyethylene possessed a well developed spherulite morphology, whereas the nanocomposites displayed elongated entities that subsequently developed as bundlelike entities. Nonisothermal analysis implicitly provides clues about the morphological development history and HDPE molecular ordering around the WO3
