Graphene has attracted tremendous attention due to its superior physical, thermal and electrical properties. Commonly, it was produced by using oxidation-reduction methods. However, the chemically induced graphene has significant defects and shows poor electrical properties. In the case of using physical exfoliated method (PEM) by ultrasonication in organic solvent, this method scarcely induces defects in the graphene surface. Therefore, graphene prepared by PEM shows good electrical conductivity. In this study, we fabricated transparent conducting film by using hybrid of graphene prepared by PEM and single walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT). The films exhibited a high electrical conductivity at low SWCNT concentrations because the graphene functions as an electrical bridge for the electrical network. This result shows that graphene-SWCNT hybrid system is more advantageous than graphene or SWCNT single system in both electrical conductivity and optical transmittance of the films. |
