Preparation and Characterization of N-Carboxymethyl Chitosan conjugated Ofloxacin with the Chemical-Reaction for Drug Delivery System |
| 초록 |
NCMCh-ofloxacin was prepared by chemical reaction with NCMCh and Ofloxacin for application possibility of drug delivery system. The structual characterisitcs of NCMCh-ofloxacin was investigated by FT-IR, 1H NMR. Particle size and zeta potential of the NCMCh-ofloxacin was measureed using dynamic light scattering technique. For a molecular weight measurement used gel permeation chromatograph(GPC). Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) was also used to observe the morphology of the NCMCh-ofloxacin. |
