Preparation and Analyze of O-Carboxymethyl Chitosan conjugated Poly(Ethylene imine) for Gene Delivery System |

OCMCh-Poly(ethylene imine)(PEI) was prepared by chemical reaction with OCMCh and PEI for gene delivery system. The physicochemical characterisitc of OCMch-PEI was investigated by FT-IR, 1H-NMR. Particle size distribution and zeta potential of the OCMCh-PEI was determined using dynamic light scattering technique. Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) was also used to observe the morphology of the OCMCh-PEI. For a molecular weight measurement used gel permeation chromatograph(GPC). |
