Multi Responsive MnO2-loaded Hyaluronic Acid Fluorescent Carbon Nanoparticles for Tumor-targeted Drug Delivery |
초록 |
Hyaluronic acid is considered to be an excellent platform for various kind of drug and has targeting properties to cancer cell due to specific interaction with CD44 receptor. Here, we found two kind of multi-responsive hyaluronic acid luminescent carbon nanoparticles which not only selective to CD44 receptor but also other stimuli such as pH and redox potential. The first finding from our group is about pH-redox responsive MnO2 nanosheets that were loaded into the carbonized boronic acid-conjugated FNPs crosslinked with the carbonized dopamine-conjugated hyaluronic acid (HA) FNPs which demonstrated remarkable fluorescent “on/off” system when expose to high GSH concentration and acidic pH. The other one is redox responsive MnO2-loaded disulfide cross-linked hyaluronic acid which shown remarkable selectivity to high redox potential. Stimuli responsive hyaluronic acid luminescent material has shown excellent potential and might open a way for medical application. |
