제목 | Roles of metal-nanocluster in organic/metal-nanocluster/organic memory elements |
초록 | Bistability characteristics were observed in the devices that have organic/metal-nanocluster/organic structure. They could be classified into two different types of bistabilities depending on I-V, on/off ratio, and switching characteristics. It was already reported that these two results could be observed from the devices that had different thickness ranges of metal-nanocluster layer.1),2) In our study, however, both characteristics were obtained from the devices that had same thickness of metal-nanocluster. There may be other critical factors rather than the thickness of metal-nanocluster that characterize bistability.
