Preparation and properties of polyketone composites with polyketone grafted multi-walled Carbon nanotube by reation extrusion. |
초록 |
In this paper, we were used chemical treatment and Grignard reaction to functionalize the Multi- walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs). To functionalize hydroxyl groups(-OH) on the surface of Multi-Wall Carbon NanoTube(MWCNT), we treated pristine CNT with acid. 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane (APTES) is grafted on the surface of functionalized MWCNT. The amine groups(-NH2) of APTES and alkyl groups in the Grignard reagents are reacted with carbonyl groups(C=O) in Polyketone(PK) by twin screw extruder. As a result, the PK-g-MWCNTs composites exhibited higher mechanical and electrical properties than PK/MWCNTs composite when MWCNTs proportion was fixed. The PK/PK-g-MWCNT composite was also exhibited better MWCNT dispersion than the PK/pristine MWCNT composite And also we found that interfacial adhesion energy between the PK and the PK-g-MWCNT show more higher energy than between PK and PK/pristine MWCNT. |
