Perovskite can be fabricated into thin films due to their high absorption coefficient, and they are attracting attention as flexible solar cells (FSCs). Graphene (GR) is one of the promising candidates as transparent conductive electrodes (TCEs) for FSCs, but high sheet resistance (Rs) of bare GR limits the efficiency of the cells. The GR TCE is one of the promising candidates because of its high transmittance and excellent flexibility. Here, we coated AuCl3 on the GR surface and APTES (3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane) material between the GR and the PET substrate to reduce the Rs of the GR and improve adhesion between the GR and the substrate. After AuCl3 doping, the Rs decreases ~ 80 ohm/sq while the work function increases ~ 4.78 eV, resulting in a PCE of 17.9%. In addition, the bending flexibility of the AuCl3-doepd GR/PET substrate, thereby maintaining the initial PCE of the solar cell over 75 % even after 1000 bending cycles at a curvature radius of 4 mm. |
