Displays and other electronics are rapidly emerging as they become lighter, cheaper, and more economic. Flexibility of transparent conductive electrodes (TCEs) is one of the critical requirements for display and photovoltaic application. Presently, TCEs are made from Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) deposited onto glass or polymer substrates by physical and chemical vapor deposition; both of them are expensive and limited to batch production. We characterized the transparent conductive film by four point probe, SEM and UV-visible spectrophotometer etc. The prepared films showed optical transmittance of 80% with sheet resistance of 100 Ω/□. These results are very close to that displayed by commercially available indium tin oxide. |
