| 초록 | Recently, the jury in the landmark intellectual property case Apple v. Samsung ruled overwhelmingly in favor of Apple, awarding the iPhone maker approximately $1.05 billion in damages. Although that figure is impressive on its own, the jury’s Apple-friendly design and utility patent rulings could have an even larger effect on the mobile industry and the world’s consumers. Typically, researchers and/or developers for technology are not familiar with Laws, specially, Intellectual Property Law. And, the results of the R&D are not limited in domestic in performing them like the case of Apple v. Samsung. This relates to the study of Patent Law for researchers and/or developers for technology. |
