Controlled release of the active ingredients from pH-sensitive hydrogel for the anthracnose prevention |
| 초록 |
The pH-sensitive hydrogel was applied as drug carrier for the control of anthracnose. The pH-sensitive poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA)/poly(acrylic acid) (PAAc) hydrogel was prepared by free-radical polymerization. Swelling behavior of PVA/PAAc hydrogel was determined gravimetrically as a function of pH. PVA/PAAc hydrogel which was loaded with active ingredients was studied for the anthracnose prevention in the range of pH 7 to pH 10. The anthracnose could be prevented more effectively in the higher pH range due to the higher release of active ingredients. |
