Preparation and Characterization of Polybenzimidazole-PolybenzoxazineMembranesfor Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC)at High Temperature |
초록 |
New polybenzimidazole (PBI) membranes cured with thermosetting resins, polybenzoxazine (PBOA), as a membrane matrix was prepared for high temperature PEMFCs. The obtained membranes formed pseudo-semi-interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) of thermosetting-thermoplastic polymers, which was supported by 2D diffusion ordered spectroscopy (DOSY) NMR, glass transition temperature, and chemical stability. The membranes exhibited proton conductivity in the range of 0.08 to 0.13 S cm-1, operating voltage of 0.71 V @ 0.2 A cm-2 at 150 oC, and much slower performance decay rate. |
