제목 Recent Trends of OLED Emitting Materials
초록 I will introduce recent OLED material technology and the related issues including TV and mobile phone applications. The novel chemical structures based on dual core chromophores for blue emission in OLEDs will be also shown. One of the derivatives, TP-AP-TP, exhibits a high luminance EQE value of 7.51% and twice the lifetime of a commercialized material, MADN. Use of TP-C-TPB in a non-doped organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device resulted in ultra-deep-blue emission with an external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 4.02% and CIE of (0.154, 0.042) through effective control of internal conjugation length and suppression of π-π* stacking. The molecular design and synthesis as well as the device performance of novel organic molecules for highly efficient blue emission will be discussed.
