Thermal management is a key issue in many applications such as electronic devices, solar devices, LED and vehicles, because the failure of controlling overheat causes a pernicious influence for safety, performance and lifetime in the devices. In this work, we briefly introduce methodological approaches using 'template system' of 1d, 2d and 3d to reduce percolation concentration and establish continuous heat conduction pathway in the composite, which can overcome particulate-filled polymer composites. |
