Soft actuator with dielectric elastomer for enhancing mechanical and electromechanical properties |
| 초록 |
Dielectric elastomer actuator (DEA) is a device converting eletrical energy to mechanical energy. DEA is basically a dielectric capacitor consisting of a dielectric elastomer and compliant electrodes for flexible deformations. Dielectric elastomers usually consist of polymer matrix and functional fillers. Here, we develop a highly controllable silicone elastomer actuator not only enhanced mechanical modulus but also improved electromechanical actuations. |
