Recently, a lot of research on electric car and ESS has been being conducted to utilize a energy efficiently due to environmental regulations. It is required to use new materials with high stability and capacity as an anode of Li-ion batteries replacing graphite. TiO2 has a theoretical capacity of 335mAhg-1, good cycle life with low volume expansion. SiO2 can be improved cycling stability compared to Si result from volume expansion during charge/discharge. CNT has a high conductivity. It can be possible to improve a relatively low theoretical capacity whereas materials have a good cycle performance. In this study, we made SiO2-TiO2-MWCNT composites for anode materials of Li-ion batteries. After preparing a sol using TEOS/TTIP as a precursor, we added a MWCNT-COOH with different ratio. We analyzed crystalline and structure by XRD and XPS. Finally, electrochemical performance was measured using battery test system and potentiostat/EIS system. |
