Recently, OLEDs(Organic Light Emitting Diode) materials have been studied for high quantum efficiency, low driving voltage. In particular, carbazole-based derivatives were widely used because of high triplet energy and good hole transport properties. In this study, we synthesized dimesitylboryl-subsituted carbazole derivatives, 3-(dimesitylboryl)-9-phenyl-9H-carbazole(3DBPC), 9-(4-(dimesitylboryl)phenyl)-9H-carbazole(9-4DBPC) and 9-(3-(dimesitylboryl)phenyl)-9H-carbazole(9-3DBPC). The chemical structure of synthesized materials were confirmed by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and Mass spectroscopy. And then electro-optical properties were obtained by UV-vis spectroscopy, Cyclic voltammetry and Photoluminescence. The PHOLED devices fabricated by the synthesized materials will be examined to obtain their electro-optical properties. |
