Preparation and Optical Properties of ZnO film and nanostructure with block copolymer template |
| 초록 |
ZnO is an important semiconductor material with low preparation temperature, simple structure and composition. It is shown that ZnO film and nanostructure was prepared by a simple solution coating and etching method. ZnO film haves uniform microstructure, low surface roughness (below nanometer scales) and high UV luminescence. The obtained ZnO nanostructure can be integrated into nanoscale electronic and photonic devices. |
