Preparations and Characterizations of Organic Binder-Free TiO2 Pastes Using Ti-alkoxide Precursor for Flexible Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells |
| 초록 |
Three kinds of TiO2 pastes for low-temperature fabrication were prepared from a nanoparticle TiO2 solution dispersed in 2-propanol including Ti-alkoxide precursor solution. We fabricated three different kinds of TiO2 pastes using 20 nm, 123 nm, and 200 nm, respectively, and TiO2 electrodes using them were prepared by the sintering process at 150 ℃. Photovoltaic characteristics of flexible DSSC devices by low-temperature sintering process were measured using a Solar Simulator with a black mask under AM 1.5. |
