제목 Preparation of polyimide particles containing metallic copper nanoparticles
초록 Polyimide (PI) particles containing metallic copper nanoparticles were prepared through ultrasonic spray pyrolysis (USP) process for mixture of poly(amic acid) (PAA) solution/copper precursor. The size distribution, morphology and dielectric permittivity of the PI/Cu particles with different volume fractions of metallic copper were investigated. For the characterization of PI/Cu particles, we conducted the SEM, TEM, DLS, wide angle X-ray diffraction and measurement of dielectric properties. The high dielectric permittivity, that was over 80 at 10 kHz, was achieved at 15 ~ 20 vol % of Cu nanoparticles in PI/Cu particle.
